My name is Tyler and I am the owner of 18939 Coachmans Trace, Cornelius, NC. I listed my house with Stephen back in September and we are closing on Friday of this week. I just wanted to reach out and let you know what a wonderful job Stephen did for me. When we listed, it was with the intent for me to buy a specific house. Stephen listed my property, even though, at the time, he was told that if the property I was trying to buy came off the market, I would no longer be selling my house. He raced around like crazy to get pictures up and brochures in the house as quickly as possible. The house I wanted fell out in October, but I decided to stay the course.
